Bio-Med Engineering, Inc. was incorporated in September of 1990 to perform medical and scientific equipment management services. We are dedicated to providing equipment management services that are cost-effective, efficient, quality-driven services under an umbrella of unbreachable ethics.
Our personnel are some of the best in the field. We are confident that they compare favorably or better to any other organizations staff in similar fields, whether they are larger or smaller. The majority of our business is with hospitals in the management of the entire hospital's medical equipment. We are successful at this endeavor due to our economies of scale and personnel efficiencies. We have documented great economic savings for these facilities. Additionally, we have lowered their liability exposure by increased diligence of the risk management processes.
We perform a variety of medical/scientific/laboratory equipment services for hospitals and clinics; research, clinical, industrial, quality, health, nutrition, food and consumer products laboratories; original equipment manufacturers and distributors, universities and schools; city, county, state and federal government agencies; outpatient surgery centers; and independent physicians, scientists and technologist. Additionally, we provided medical equipment rentals to the motion picture industry.
We are an associate member of Medical Equipment Repair Associates (MERA) for Utah and the surrounding states. MERA is a national association of independent medical equipment service firms, dedicated to provide quality service to a client base consisting of hospitals and other health care facilities, as well as to over 85 equipment manufacturers.
